The Port of Argentia is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AS-Works Inc. for Phase 1 of a pilot project to refine an Innovative Port Monitoring System that will see direct benefits to the Port and its tenants, operators and users.

The project will consist of refinement and reliability testing of the AS-Works Port Monitoring System through collaboration with the Port’s tenants in understanding its needs in the context of such a system and collecting data to verify the findings.

The pilot project, including deployment of an automated drone to conduct aerial intelligence collection, will commence during the fall of 2018 and its duration is approximately two months.
